The spot was spot on—just a few steps from the Spanish Steps and close enough to Rome’s main sights, eateries, and shops. The room itself was lovely, but what really set the experience apart was Carlo, who was absolutely wonderful: kind, helpful, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His hospitality made us feel truly welcome, and we had no complaints at all—just a fantastic stay.

The location was great and the design pretty. The lift was small and inconvenient for luggage; it stops halfway up a floor and you have to carry the rest by foot.

The central location was unbeatable, almost right at the Spanish stairs. The reception was nice. The space was tight and small; even the hallway and room were cramped.
