The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, and the bed was very comfortable so I slept peacefully; the kitchen was fully equipped for everything I needed, and the indoor pool and hot tub were great for unwinding. There was nothing to complain about.

The room featured a full‑size kitchen and a separate bedroom, which was a big plus. However, there was only one dolly at the front door and one cart, and when we arrived with a lot of luggage the staff member at the desk was not very friendly—he was scrolling on his phone, and I had to ask him repeatedly about the dolly, after which he finally found one and put a sign on the desk. It felt as if he might be a medical student who thinks he’s too good for the job.
