Their attitude was terrible; they didn’t even give us the room we booked. They claimed the rooms were full and had no more rooms besides single‑bed rooms, which were traumatizing. I couldn’t even stay a second in the alternative rooms they showed us, and the excuse was that we hadn’t paid upfront or that we could have paid 1000 to book the room.

The main door lock broke after we saw the outside, and we have photos of the main door; privacy was unsatisfactory and I don't recommend it.
