“Nice stay overall but not worth the amount paid”

The bedroom was comfy, the staff were welcoming and even helped with my luggage when I checked out. The bed rattled every time a bus or lorry passed by, which happened often. Three cats lived in a small cage downstairs; the only time they let them out during my 5‑day stay was when I asked. I had no hot water, told them on day one but it never got fixed, and the room next door stayed empty the whole time, so a move would have been easy.

“Too expensive for a dorm as a family”

The team was friendly, the place is close to the old town and the rooms were spotless. They were open-minded and let us leave later. The facilities feel ancient and nothing looks like the photos; the pool is tiny, breakfast isn’t included (unlike other reviews), and it’s pricey compared to nearby spots.

I was thrilled with the location, the pool was nice, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our bags before leaving for the whole day and there were only the three of us in the dormitory.

The staff’s kindness was a highlight—thanks a lot, Kim! The spot is close to everything on foot (temples, 7/11, massages, street food…) and the place is clean with a nice pool. The only downside is that the room’s window faces the road, so it can get noisy at night.
