Nice clean room with fruit provid3d which was very welcome. They didn’t reply to my e mail sent a few days before arrival asking about airport transfers

Nice and clean hotel, comfortable, good food, friendly staff at reception, the driver, and the restaurant, yet the shower water was too hot and I couldn't make it cooler.

Clean, well located for airport, helpful staff, good food. Cocked up our airport shuttle - it was waiting in the car park while we were directed to wait in the lobby, resulting in a 10-minute delay in leaving. Then it was directed to the station rather than the airport, resulting in a further 10-minute delay in arriving at the airport. NB. Driver made every effort to help what was by then beyond his control

Breakfast is average , can be improved The bad thing , the coffee machine was out of order . Fix the self serving coffee machine in the restaurant
