The apartment was comfortable, roomy, and clean, making it ideal for families; the staff were very courteous and helpful. The kitchen was small and lacked many accessories.

The location was outstanding and the room was large and comfortable, but the mattress was far too stiff for us.

breakfast choices quite impressive. Beyond my expection. The location of the hotel is close to the bus station to the Eagle Nest. The hotel is more a "residence", rather than a proper hotel. Items provided in the bathroom is quite limited, almost none. We are given a room for disabled person. Large enough, but no curtain for shower, you have to be very careful not to spill the water everywhere. To reach the hotel, you have to drive up the mountain for 8 KM, quite narrow and steep, not a good choice if you need to go down to the town for dinner, or visit other tourist spots
