The inn’s warm atmosphere and its setting, along with the village’s quietness, made for a lovely experience. No issues at all.

When I booked, it wasn’t clear what was included, so I reached out to the owners who said the site’s complexity caused the confusion. Upon arrival, they told us we’d be on our own overnight. Knowing that would put me in charge if something went wrong, I asked for a phone number. Two other guests showed up, and thankfully only two, because a full house would have turned breakfast into chaos. The “breakfast” was just a box of Cheerios, bread, jam, and eggs to cook yourself; no staff were present, and we were expected to clean up ourselves. This is what you’d expect at a youth hostel. I’ve asked the owners twice in French for a reply before contacting anyone else, but I still haven’t heard back.
