The property owner is fantastic, and the views are wonderful. The kids could hang out in the hammock, and our puppies loved the porch. We played the provided board games well into the night. If you prefer TV and DVD movies, that’s also available. The only complaint from the kids was the walk back up the hill after their exploration.

The road back to the cabin is dirt for about 4 miles, the signage is terrible, and the name change isn’t mentioned anywhere, making it easy to miss the turn. We wanted to relax the first night and watch football while having dinner, but the TV only streams Wi‑Fi content and we couldn’t get the Starlink connection. The host offered nothing to make up for that, and we were missing the advertised Keurig coffee machine—no one wants to miss a cup of coffee on the deck at sunrise.

The photos on the site look great, but the place feels uninviting both outside and inside, and it’s not quite clean or tidy.

I’d remove this spot from your listings. No email arrived with directions, we drove through back roads searching for it and found nothing, and when I emailed or called the number directly, no one answered.

The staff were wonderful, the room was spotless, and they took great care of us. There was nothing I disliked about the stay.
