Everything really needs improvement: the old, damp facilities, the sheets were damp, the towels were old, the hot water took a long time to warm up, the mattresses had worn springs that made noise, and the batteries were half empty—what a pity to say this in such a tourist‑heavy city, but it's the truth.

The only thing we liked about the hotel was its location near the terminal and the city center, and the friendliness of all the staff; we disliked the breakfast, which was poor and lacked variety, with the same options every day, the yogurt was plain and not cold, the room’s air conditioner didn’t work on a hot day, and the pool was not available.
