We had a very warm welcome, were shown to our room and everything explained, received fresh ground coffee on arrival, the room was spotless, breakfast was fantastic quality, we would highly recommend this place, well done guys keep up the good work, from sunny Merthyr Tydril, and there was nothing not too like.

It felt like a home away from home, the hosts were welcoming and pleasant, all my needs—including the anticipated ones—were met and I had the best time; breakfast was always a delight, compliments to chef Andrew!

A charming spot right in the middle of everything, with Nick and Andrew going above and beyond for us. The room we stayed in was stunning, and the breakfast was outstanding. All the little details made it clear we'd come back if we ever find ourselves nearby.

A lovely place to stay in Ilfracombe, spotless, with comfortable beds, superb breakfasts, and hosts who were genuinely nice and well‑versed about the area. I would definitely recommend it. Nothing was wrong; everything was good.

We booked a two‑night stay and found this place online; it also offered on‑site parking. The owners met us at the car park, explained the room, meals, and everything else we’d need. They were perfect hosts. The rooms were very well maintained and the food was great. The only downside was a dog barking at 3 am.
