The people who greeted me were very friendly and helpful, they escorted me to my room and the area is great. The TV picture was grainy, and there was no manager to assist with a minor laundry issue; the staff handling it was unhelpful and annoying, it was a small problem but it took a while and the employee didn't help. It was resolved nicely in the morning.

The rooms were very clean and quite comfortable. The bathroom door lock was broken, which caused everything else to be fine.

When we arrived they said there were no rooms available and we had nowhere to stay.
