I stayed in room 12 and found the accommodation generally okay, comfortable, and as expected, but nothing that surprised me. Given the nightly rate, I felt the value for money was low and expected a better structure, service, and care for the price. I had a whole rainy weekend, so I spent a lot of time in the room, which highlighted several issues that need attention. The bathroom was far below expectations; it was all white and seemed to need more maintenance and cleaning. The shower enclosure was dirty, the grout was stained, and there were some little bathroom mosquitoes. Throughout my stay, a strong sewage smell came from the bathroom drain, which was quite unpleasant, especially since I spent so much time in the room. Towels were never changed and garbage was never taken out during my stay. The breakfast also disappointed me for the nightly rate: there was no protein option, not even scrambled eggs, and both the bread and cake were from the previous day. Perhaps this happened because the lodge had few guests, but it shouldn't affect the quality of what is offered. Another negative point was the lack of parking, though I knew that before booking because I had asked. I paid for three nights but left after the second night. In total, I paid about R$ 2,000 and unfortunately did not have an experience that matched that value. I understand the rain isn’t the lodge’s fault, but since I barely enjoyed anything during my stay, combined with all the problems I mentioned and the fact that I left early, I think it would be kind and a good way to care for guests if you offered a complimentary night for a future visit. That way I could return at another time and maybe have a different experience than this one.

The only hiccup was the drain in room 16; it was a bit clogged, so the water drained slowly.
