Our first visit to Rome was great at this spot; the building was cool and unique, the room and bathroom were modern and nice, and the host welcomed us warmly and explained everything we needed upon arrival.

The room was clean and modern, with plenty of closet space and a very comfortable bed; the bathroom was contemporary with a large shower, and the coffee maker and kitchen were convenient for a quick start to the morning, while the door access gave us a strong sense of security, but the elevator was extremely old and cramped for luggage.

The location was clean and superb, the hosts were very responsive to messages, and it was easy to travel to the termini station.

The location near the city and train was good, the service was wonderful, and the room was clean; the staff were patient and helpful, the shared kitchen was handy for cooking, and we didn’t need a key—just a button at the entrance—though the area can feel a bit scary at night near the train station, so a cab is advisable; the place had proper locks for good security, and housekeeping came every other day.
