We drove 4.5 hrs to the hotel and were told we couldn’t stay because of our cat, even though we’d called the day before and were assured it was fine. The general manager on arrival dismissed the desk clerk’s confirmation, acted sarcastic, and refused to print a receipt, insisting we’d only receive an email. After I mentioned I’d call Baymont, she finally agreed. I’ll never stay at a Baymont again if this is the type of manager they employ. We usually travel without our cat, but this trip was unexpected and we had no other option.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were very comfortable and clean. Faultless.
