The apartment sits right in the town center, by the harbor and all the restaurants. The room was very small but clean, well equipped and comfortable. The host prepared breakfast (included in the room price) at a scheduled time and according to our choice. We had a window facing the main street, where traffic and noise increased by evening, but it was fine at night and in the morning. I would have liked a larger bed, but I understand it wouldn't fit in the room. Overall, we were satisfied.

The location was excellent on the harbor and a short drive to the ferry at Kennacraig. Breakfast delivered to the room was good. Nothing really, only stayed one night as it was convenient for catching the ferry the next morning.

The room was spacious and well‑furnished and included a small fridge. We were pleasantly surprised with a small bottle of red and white wine as a greeting present. It was also bright with large windows overlooking the center of town and the harbor. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfastes were ordered the night before and offered a good selection of items. They were delivered to the room at the requested time and were freshly made and hot as applicable. Tarbert is the perfect jumping off point for touring nearby Inner Hebridean isles as there are ferry ports to Gigha, Arran, Islay and Jura with 10‑15 miles of the town. It has a number of restaurants, grocery and other shops and a bank ATM. There is some traffic noise as the property is located on the main road through town, but not a significant problem at night.
