Great location for walking around the city, the room is not huge but clean and well cared for in every detail, equipped with Wi‑Fi. The owner (Christian) is very kind and always available, ready to advise us without hesitation where to eat. Despite our arrival and departure times being outside the normal range, check‑in/out was simple and easy thanks to the clear instructions from the owner. If there is an opportunity, we will definitely come back

Excellent property, located right in the center of Iglesias. Clean and well‑maintained environment, room with a nice and welcoming style. Great kindness from the owner, who with extreme availability did not hesitate to help me with an issue related to an item I had left behind. Highly recommended! Nothing, everything was fine

“Ottimo soggiorno nel cuore di Iglesias”

We had a very pleasant stay right in the heart of Iglesias. The location is one of the main strengths: it sits in a lovely pedestrian area with several bars, little restaurants, and charming venues right on the same street, perfect for eating and relaxing. Nearby is the paid parking at Piazza Sella, where we could leave our car comfortably for both nights of our stay. The room was modern, welcoming, and very clean, equipped with everything needed for a few days in town. We also appreciated the ability to check in entirely on our own, giving us great freedom to organize ourselves. Christian was very kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Iglesias. The only downside was that the room only faced the inside.

Very central, with parking for the car nearby even though it’s outside the ZTL.
