Hotel Súper Estrellas

“Wonderful staff, clean, nice pool ambiance and bar area with view , we had a great time. Thanks!!”

Breakfast was a nice buffet, but the real highlight was the staff from the front desk all the way through to the rest of the hotel – they were all very helpful and friendly. The pool restaurant and bar team were amazing, and the kitchen staff were great too. Barrancabermeja has the nicest, friendliest people ever 🥰. The hotel offered a wonderful view of the refinery, especially at night, and the bar near the pool had good music and a great vibe. The location was very convenient and the property was well maintained; every area looked clean and the rooms were comfortable. All five of us had a fantastic time and we all agree the staff were the best ever!!! Always ready to help. All was great 👍🏼

The jacuzzi was great. They charge for room service, but it wasn’t terrible, so that’s fine.

There was little variety in the restaurant menu.

“Modernes geräumiges Hotel, mit nettem Personal”

The rooms have been nicely renovated and are spacious; the only downside is the lack of hot water. Despite the severe earthquake, the hotel showed no visible cracks, which I consider solid and earthquake‑proof. The facilities don’t fully match a 5‑star property, but a 4‑star rating is definitely appropriate.

“Sehr nettes Hotel”

A very nice room with a small kitchen. The breakfast is generally limited.
