The hotel slipped us a small kit for concertgoers—water, a snack, sunscreen and rain ponchos—while the parking garage felt uncomfortably tight.

I landed in the city center, checked in without any hassle or contact, and had plenty of parking spots; the bar stayed open late and they handed out goodies for the concert. The beds were comfortable and not sagging, and the staff were helpful. The only downside was that the room wasn’t entirely clean and there was no housekeeping between days.

The spot was spot on, just a short walk to the Elbe, and we also hit the Kaisermania on foot in no time. Parking was right across the street from the hotel – cheap and convenient – though a parking garage would have been an option. Breakfast was excellent, covering everything you could possibly need.

The room was cozy and clean, with a small table and armchair. Large windows offered a view of the city’s exterior. The fridge and coffee station, including an espresso machine, tea, water, and Coca‑Cola, were all there. The bathroom had everything needed. Public parking was directly in front. Two single beds were a bit tight.
