The place was well located and easy to get around, but the breakfast was bad and the staff seemed unmotivated.

It was close to what I needed, but the building was shabby and run down, the elevators were in bad shape and smelled awful, cigarette butts littered the area, and people were drinking alcohol in the parking lot.
