“Although we only stayed here for 1 night, we thoroughly enjoyed the view of the St. Lawrence river.”

The property was very clean and had plenty of parking right outside our door. The views from the room of the St. Lawrence River were phenomenal. The room was very clean, well lit, and had everything we needed for our short stay. There really wasn’t anything specific that we didn’t like about the property. We did find the beds a little low, however we were comfortable and everything was good.

The riverside location is absolutely enchanting, the decor is cute, and the room facilities are very good. The bed was comfortable. We loved our stay and highly recommend it; the quality matches the price. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, but we would have liked a better welcome with more information upon arrival: for instance, we arrived for lunch at the hotel restaurant on Monday morning but everything was closed, we hadn’t planned for that, and I saw there was a spa on site but we didn’t know where it was or how to access it.

“Comes with additional phone costs and requires patients to check-in”

The location and the view were great. The absence of a reception was inconvenient; international travelers had to call several unanswered numbers. Waiting to be called back after dark in front of a closed reception is not a good start to a stay.

The balcony offered a nice view, but there were a ton of flies and beetles that forced us to enter the room, and there was no toaster.
