The location and cleanliness were good. I was handed the wrong room; I noticed it when the Wi‑Fi key didn’t work. They told me they’d assigned me someone else’s room and that I’d have to go down to make the switch, but I refused because it was late and I was exhausted.

We’ve been staying at this hotel for several years, so we keep choosing it as our top option in Puebla. The buffet’s pastries were a bit hard, though.
