The room was beautiful with a large balcony, plenty of space, and a wonderful view; it was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was even a small sofa. The restaurant was excellent both in the evening and at breakfast. The downside was that the bathroom door is a sliding door that cannot be locked and keeps sliding open; when turning off the movable shower head, a surge of cold water would shoot straight from the rain shower above.

Breakfast was good, but we were met with a very lecturing and condescending welcome upon arrival. I have stayed here many times and always booked through Booking, but I felt that this lady was not at all suited for the job; a pity.

The room was truly beautiful and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed a lovely view from the sunny balcony. It was unfortunate that the French programs did not work.

The spot is spot on in Ilanz, right in the middle of everything, which was perfect for our cycling trip along the Rhine. The bike storage—actually the ski room in winter—was handy and you get in via the underground parking. My room was super comfy, and the staff were friendly and ready to help.
