The service and welcome were great, the view was lovely, and I could do activities right there. The hallway light in the rooms never turned off at night, but covering the top of the bathroom door helped, and I still slept well.

Every staff member was exceptional, the facilities are beautiful, and the restaurant is very good.

The view and the location by Laguna de Tota were wonderful. The bathroom was too small and the electric shower barely produced hot water.

The room had a view of the lagoon, the location was good, the hosts were friendly and attentive, the food was excellent, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable—would come back! The only downside was the very few Netflix screens, so I couldn’t use it.
