“You won’t find a better place in the area, it is perfect”

It just can’t get any better than this. We’ve been visiting Italy at least twice a year for about twenty years, staying in literally hundreds of places across all regions, and Maria is the most wonderful host you could ever meet. The rooms are comfortable, and the larger one has everything you could possibly want. Free gated parking. Great location, and easy drives to some of the best restaurants you’ll ever find. Café Pausa, the little bar around the corner, offers great sandwiches, breakfast, pastries, orange juice, and coffee, just a two‑minute walk away. Absolutely everything is wonderful—nothing to dislike.

Very clean and a very friendly reception. Good parking. The surroundings are not particularly charming.

The rooms are dreamy, and the property is perfectly situated away from the city yet still close by. The room is beautiful—one of the cleanest and most lovely accommodations we’ve ever stayed in. Maria was the nicest, so helpful and hospitable. Can’t recommend enough ❤️

Bike‑friendly, friends of bikes. The house and rooms are simply perfect, the reception extremely friendly, and we received excellent restaurant recommendations. The bicycles can be stored in a side room in the house, which also has sockets for charging e‑bikes. The host herself rides an e‑bike, and her son‑in‑law is an enthusiastic racing cyclist. The area is truly beautiful, the hills invite cycling tours. We stayed here for one night during our bike trip from Switzerland to Rimini; it was undeniably the most beautiful, warmest, and bike‑friendly accommodation.

“Stylish, spotless, and incredibly welcoming”

We stayed at this gorgeous boutique spot and it blew us away; the design is stunning and every detail feels carefully chosen, giving the place a stylish yet super cozy vibe. The warmth and homeliness are palpable, and the place was spotless, which made our stay even more comfortable. A big shout‑out to Maria, who stayed up late to greet us after our late arrival and made us feel truly cared for right from the start. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend it to anyone seeking a charming, comfortable, and beautifully designed getaway. Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like!
