“Net een sprookje, geweldig!”

What a magical place—so special it feels like a museum but only for a handful of guests. Stepping in feels like the 18th century. Our room was beautiful, with a lovely painting on the high vaulted ceiling. Wandering through the rooms was delightful; every corner had something new. Our lovely host showed us all the rooms, helpful and full of humor. Thanks for the generous, delicious breakfast and great coffee. Parking was easy nearby, Squinzano is a nice village to stroll around, and it’s a perfect base for visiting Lecce. The station is a 7‑minute walk and trains run regularly (1.30€ single fare). Good restaurants in the area. For anyone wanting a royal feeling on their holiday, this is the place. Truly amazing.

É stata una bellissima esperienza che definirei immersiva. Uno splendido museo non solo da visitare ma anche da vivere. Abbiamo soggiornato in uno splendido palazzo del 700, con affreschi stupendi, mobili antichi finemente restaurati e suppellettili d’epoca particolarissimi. Ogni stanza, che abbiamo avuto l’opportunità di visitare, è un gioiello a sé, oltre agli spazi comuni che offrono ulteriori momenti di relax. Tutto perfettamente pulito e ordinato grazie a Ludovica e Adele che curano amorevolmente ogni piccolo dettaglio. Posto silenzioso e tranquillo. Ottima la colazione. Lo consiglio vivamente

“Een fijne, karakteristieke plek om te overnachten.”

It’s a beautiful building. The room is nice and has a lovely shower. There’s a nice shared roof terrace and a small pool. The hospitality is 100%. Everything is very clean and fresh. There were good restaurants within walking distance. The downside was that there was no patio open in the afternoon nearby to grab a drink.

“Estancia muy agradable en un verdadero Palazzo”

The staff were friendly. Romeo was very attentive, showed us the whole Palazzo and had everything ready. The breakfast is exceptional—homemade omelette, homemade cake, homemade croissants, fresh fruit. Everything was very fresh and high quality. It’s special to spend the night in an 18th‑century Palazzo with so many centuries of history. We’ll stay again if we return to Lecce. The beds were a bit hard; a mattress topper would make the stay more comfortable. The street traffic noise at night was noticeable because of cobblestones, and it’s loud in the quiet night and morning.

A fantastic place to feel the atmosphere of a bygone era, with beautiful furniture, paintings, and full equipment! We were only there briefly and didn’t use breakfast because of our early flight, but it was worth visiting even just for a short time.
