Everything was perfectly fine: the room was well equipped, coffee, tea, and welcome snacks were included, it was close to the railway and bus station, relatively quiet (restaurants around 22‑23), the personnel were very friendly, and I could leave luggage and pick it up later.

The room was great, the modern bathroom was nice, free coffee and complimentary snacks were provided, and the double‑glazed windows were a plus. We didn’t receive any information about the exact location or floor, couldn’t contact the hotel beforehand because the email was invalid—even though we were told to reply to a message—and the phone number wasn’t answering, which added a bit of stress.

מיקום מצוין. חדר מודרני כמו חדש. יש ליד החדר מטבחון עם מכונת קפה מעולה. ממש במרכז. צריך לעלות 20 מדרגות עד המעלית. עם המזוודות זה היה קצת מסורבל אבל ממש זניח

I liked the location and the apartment was clean.

The spot is central, the room is huge, spotless, and comes with every possible service. The beds are comfy and the furnishings are modern. Unfortunately, contrary to what was advertised, it’s not accessible for strollers or wheelchairs. The lift is too small, and to reach it you have to go up two stair ramps.
