The food at the restaurant is excellent and the proximity to the motorway is perfect. There are large parking spaces and the service was very friendly. I would recommend it 100 % of the time. Nothing negative to mention.

The front‑desk staff were very welcoming and hyper‑responsive, asking the day before at 5 pm to arrange several rooms next to each other or on the same floor, and they delivered on that promise quickly. I had a credit‑card issue when paying the deposit on arrival, but the receptionist was very patient until I found a solution. Great service overall. On the downside, the housekeeping staff were not smiling or friendly at all; when they came for supplies like toilet paper, I chose not to have them clean my room, and the same happened for other guests. Language barriers aside, a smile or kindness would have been appreciated worldwide—training in that area needs improvement, so I can’t judge the cleaning quality.

We were just passing through for a night before heading home and everything seemed great: location close to the highway, facilities, comfort. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

Easy access, close to the tram, staff very good, nice décor, excellent value for money. The corridors on the floors are a bit dull.
