I was thrilled to find the place right next to the Vatican, with easy bus and train links to central Rome; the host was super friendly, full of energy, and always ready to help with a grin. The room was quiet, spotless, and came with plenty of towels and air‑conditioning – the Italian lift ride was a real perk. The only downside was the weak water pressure in the shower.

The location was great, right beside Piazza San Pietro, the train station, the Roma San Pietro bus stop, and close to the city center. The room was clean, bright, and had a good bed.

The manager was very kind and even picked me up from the airport. The bathroom was a problem – the shower didn’t work properly and the toilet didn’t either. The breakfast was awful, and on Sunday there was nothing to eat. When I called the manager, he said it was his day off and the market was closed – ridiculous! I’d already paid for the breakfast.
