I couldn't get any reply after trying to book online, and the rooms turned out to be completely different from the photos posted on the website; they even listed facilities that weren't actually available, making it the worst place I've stayed at.

I had already booked through the app, but the hotel handed my reservation over to someone else, so I couldn't check in; the room was full even though I showed my booking number, which they refused to accept. The hotel was filthy, the reception smelled awful, and I wouldn't recommend it—it's a scary place!
