Everything was super clean and the staff were very helpful, plus the location is fantastic with easy metro and southern railway access, but the restaurant isn’t available.

The location was fine, and walking to a restaurant took at least 300 m; a taxi or metro was also easy to get. The corridor was extremely clean, and the room itself was neat, though it had a bad odor. The telephone didn’t work for reaching reception, and when I entered the room the air felt suffocating; the bad smell lingered even after 10 minutes of fan use. The bathroom light burned out on the first night, making it hard to manage while my family was staying. The phone issue remained unresolved, and an extra bed was not provided; instead, I was asked to pay extra for it and for a short late check‑out. For three guests, only two towels and one soap were supplied; the next day, after many arguments, they gave us two soaps and one towel. With three people, only two hangers were insufficient for hanging clothes, especially for the ladies.
