The location is good relative to the city. However, the mattresses, sofas, and cushions are badly stained and smelly, and that’s how the executive suite looks. I can’t imagine the condition of the other rooms, especially if you’re traveling with small kids.

The hotel itself was fine, but the food was a total waste of money. The meals were very low quality and overpriced.

The staff were extremely helpful and disciplined, and the room service was the best.

The housekeeping team was professional and everyone knew exactly what they were doing. I dislike that this nice hotel sits on such a bad road that floods with just a little rain; everyone has to wade through water and shoes get dirty when we exit the car at the main entrance. The local municipal department or administration seems indifferent to fixing it. Otherwise the hotel is perfect and I would recommend it.
