The central location was great, but the parking situation was terrible—there’s supposedly parking but it’s not available; they have you park on the sidewalk between streets. The interior smelled awful, probably Indian cuisine, and the ventilation was poor. The rooms were not clean.

We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely choose it again. The hotel sits in an excellent location, very close to the city centre. Directly opposite the central pedestrian street starts, with shops, cafés and restaurants, and walking gives easy access to the main sights. The room was comfortable, very clean and well‑maintained. The beds, mattress and pillows were relaxing, providing restful sleep, while the space smelled wonderful and created a sense of freshness and comfort from the moment we entered. The staff were especially courteous, friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The value for money was very good and the hotel is a great choice for those who want to stay near the centre. Breakfast was satisfactory and sufficient, with plenty of options to start the day nicely. An additional plus is that it is served on the top floor, offering a very nice view of the city during breakfast. The only drawback for us was that our room was on the second floor and did not have a great view. Also, the hotel does not have a private parking area, so one must look for spots on the surrounding streets. Nevertheless, the overall experience was very positive and the above did not significantly affect our stay.

In the heart of the center, everything is close and there’s parking. The place is clean, comfortable, and affordable, with a very nice breakfast on the roof that offers a wonderful view of the city and lake.
