The old AC kept cutting out every 30 minutes, leaving no airflow; I reported it to the official Line channel and the staff apologized but forgot to mention that the AC needed a reset – a detail so crucial that it shows they don’t care about guests.
“Great apartment! Perfect stay!!!”
The owner was fantastic, very helpful and accommodating, and I would definitely return; the place is in a great location.
“ที่พักสะดวกสบาย จะแวะมาอีก”
The pool was clear and not crowded, which was great, and there was Netflix to watch. The room plan wasn’t very good, there were a few fewer pillows, the AC wasn’t very cool, there was only one TV that had to be shared, and the bathroom amenities were sparse, but it was still acceptable.
“Hyvä huoneisto perheelle”
The location was excellent, the apartment was large and had everything needed, the kitchen worked, the pool was big, and there was 24‑hour security; a big plus was the kids’ play area. Communication with the owner was seamless and always helpful. The apartment could use a bit of refurbishment, but it was never messy; it would have been nice to see all other spots on arrival during a quick tour.
The room was clean, fully equipped, comfortable, and the pool was suitable for families with children.
