The location is close to the beach center. The water felt like from a tank and the proximity to nightclubs made it hard to sleep.

The location is good, but some rooms have no windows at all, the bathroom door is misaligned and leaves a bit to be desired, and if you want peace and quiet it’s not the ideal place—the noise goes on even into the early morning.

“Pésimo”

We had a terrible experience with the hotel in every respect. The property sits right next to a huge nightclub, so the walls vibrate with music until dawn. In our room the water smelled like sewage, both for brushing teeth and the shower, something we verified didn’t happen at other hotels. Overall the facilities are rundown, and cheaper options in San Andrés are far better. We contacted the hotel and the booking platform to resolve the issues, but after using only one of the three nights we booked, we have received no response, no refund, and no acknowledgment.

“Una mala experiencia con el hospedaje en una bella isla”

The spot was great, but the rooms were cramped, the shower and sink water smelled awful—like bathing in a pipe—and the scent stuck around the whole room. On top of that, it’s next to a nightclub, so at night the beds vibrated from the noise. The rooms were completely sealed off, with no windows or view, contrary to the hostel’s photos.
