Comfortable bed, hot shower. Needs a coat of paint, better linen and clear name

Breakfast not included. Secure and safe. The renovations are long underway—once done will be excellent venue.

I like the location. The place needs some upgrading. A TV would be nice as well.

This place has got some major pros and cons. On the plus side, the location is perfect, parking is great, and the friendly doggies and Kitty are a bonus. The room itself is just fine, no complaints there. However, there's one major drawback - no fridge, which was a real problem when the weather was scorching hot and all I wanted was a cold drink.
