The staff went the extra mile for us, the place was peaceful, serene, and spotless—highly recommended!
The riad was clean, tastefully decorated, offered a traditional breakfast, and the Ottoman vibe was fantastic.

The staff were exceptional, treating you like family and checking in to ensure comfort without being pushy. Breakfast every morning was wonderful, and you could see the dedication to cleanliness throughout the property. The hotel felt like a true oasis, a peaceful escape from the noise and smells of the Medina outside. Honestly, nothing stood out as a negative—no wonder it earned its 5‑star reputation.

The breakfast was beautifully arranged and the staff were all very friendly. There are a few sweet cats roaming the hotel, and you can buy them food from the small shop. Our room was spacious and comfortable. On the first night the shower water was too hot and uncontrollable, but they fixed it right away and offered us alternative rooms if we wanted. The area is the classic Medina, which can feel a bit dodgy at times but is actually quite safe. The hotel‑provided taxi is pricey and lacks air conditioning; Uber is a better value with newer cars.
