התרשמנו לחיוב מרמת השירות, איכות הניקיון וסטנדרט החדרים הגבוה במלון. נתקלנו בקשיים משמעותיים באיתור המלון בשל עבודות שיפוץ חיצוניות, וזאת בהיעדר עדכון מוקדם מצד המלון או בוקינג. מצב זה, בפרט ביום גשום, פגם בחוויית השהות שלנו

Traveling with my grandchildren, the staff were extremely courteous, the meals were delicious, and they were very flexible in accommodating us. I couldn’t find any particular drawbacks.

I was really impressed with the onsen at this hotel, which is why I chose a room with an indoor bath for my elderly parents. The indoor bath was also a hot spring, and my parents were thrilled, so I'm glad I made that choice. The next morning, I enjoyed a luxurious bath while gazing out at the mountains, which was a real treat. The massage chair was also top-notch and felt amazing.
