Everything was perfect: the reception staff were cheerful and helpful; the room was very nice, clean, and roomy, and the breakfast buffet was fine. Parking was available in front of the hotel (depending on availability), and we especially appreciated the proximity to the trains to the Monte Rosa area. We felt very comfortable at Hotel Cristallo and would gladly return, for example for a winter stay.

The breakfast was perfect and the hotel’s central location was convenient. The staff were friendly and available to guests, but I didn’t particularly like the comfort of the beds. The two single mattresses placed in the room were really uncomfortable.
