Colazione ottima e posizione perfetta, vicinissimo agli impianti di risalita. Personale di sala fantastico. Il check in alle 14,00-15,00 è veramente scomodo. Poi hanno detto che ci avrebbero offerto la colazione, essendo arrivati in mattinata, invece ci è stata poi fatta pagare

Breakfast and dinner were very good. The facility is well maintained. The stay was pleasant. The spa area with the hot‑tub is confusing because it also allows children; unfortunately I couldn’t use the hot‑tub because it was always occupied by kids. There is another spa area that is very nice for adults only, but it has no hot‑tub.

From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. We were especially delighted by the lovingly designed children’s program – the kids really are the focus and they’re offered plenty each day. Our daughter was overjoyed: she met many animals, tried riding for the first time, and spent daily time in the barn. A real highlight was also the bathing pond – a beautiful natural bio‑pond where you can discover plenty of small creatures. We’ll definitely come back!

I was impressed by the location, accessibility, and parking. The staff were friendly, helpful, quick, efficient, and always smiling. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was large, and there was a balcony. Everything was clean. The food was excellent, fresh, and tasty. We also appreciated the extra service – we received moto maps. Great! We didn’t get a chance to try the pearl bath, maybe next time. :-)
