The staff were welcoming and everything was great, no complaints at all.

The coffee in the morning was good and the location was convenient, but the stairs were a bit hard to navigate.

The bed was comfortable. There was little toilet paper in the bathroom (already in use) and only one towel per person for two nights. I asked for another but it was denied.
