The pool is gorgeous, the beds are wonderful, the breakfast buffet is superb, it’s by the sea, the staff are friendly, and the beach bar is cozy. It just lacks that Thai charm that could make this place great, and because it’s so big it feels a little deserted.

Breakfast was good and the front‑desk staff were helpful—our room’s air‑con wasn’t working, but they quickly moved us to a different room. The pool was broken on Sunday (it worked on Saturday), and nobody told us before we arrived, which was a bummer because we had little ones.

Very good service, excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms, but for that price they should update the TV to Google TV or at least allow login with Smart View.
