I was thrilled by the huge old tub in the main bathroom and the spot of the hotel, but the bed felt like cement and the cat odor was awful; I left much earlier than planned because I couldn't stand it.

The staff were friendly and the space was comfortable and unique. The building has a lot of character and is old.

The layout gives it the vibe of a hostel or boarding house, with bathrooms in the hallway instead of in the rooms. Directions and instructions for your stay were clear, rooms and amenities were clean, and the bar attached to the place made for a fun atmosphere; locals offered great food recommendations. There isn’t a traditional parking lot, but plenty of side‑street parking is available.
