The location is great, but the parking is very expensive.

“OK for one night stay”

The hotel is close to the tram stop and the Airport, making check‑in and check‑out easy, and it offers free Wi‑Fi. Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant odor in the hallway and bathroom on the fifth floor.

I appreciated how large the bed was, and the complimentary water is always a plus. The bathroom was clean and tidy. Overall, it was really good and I would recommend it!

“Dirty”

The rooms were filthy—bed sheets were covered in what looked like men's hair and stains, towels had green marks, and the bathroom had a foul smell and was not cleaned. The room wasn’t vacuumed. When we mentioned this to the front desk, the first person we spoke to was attentive and promised to inform housekeeping to clean our room “again.” When we brought up the bathroom odor, we were told the shower has a certain smell, but that it’s completely normal. We left after about four hours and the room was still not clean. Asking for an update, the front desk rudely replied, “if you checked in it should be clean.” I agree it SHOULD be clean, but it wasn’t. We left again to give housekeeping time to clean, but the room remained the same. When we called, we were transferred to housekeeping. The room should have been clean upon arrival. I’ve never written a review before, and I understand a room may need extra tidying, but the handling was insane. I would not recommend staying here.
