मेहमान होटल को हर पहलू पर कैसे आंकते हैं।

“Хорошо отдыхали очень понравилось все там скучно не будет все есть что нужно для отдыха”

We liked everything: the food was just great, the buffet was clean, the rooms were nice with good beds and the necessary items were changed daily—overall top quality. I really liked the staff, especially thanks to Aidan, who helped with everything; I’m very grateful and will definitely come back. I highly recommend coming here for a vacation; the staff are respectful and helpful. Everything was great, so I recommend it.

“Very enjoyable, spoilt by poor food.”

The food at the restaurants needed chefs who knew how to cook; the dishes were poor.

“Schöne Anlage mit tolle Spa-Bereich, jedoch deutliches Verbesserungspotenzial bei Restaurant-Service, Speisenqualität un”

The cleaning crew was very friendly and meticulous, always leaving the rooms spotless. The spa and thermal area was excellent and inviting for relaxation, and the well‑maintained grounds were perfect for long walks without leaving the property. However, the restaurant service was unprofessional—full plates were cleared while we were still at the buffet, even though the cutlery was marked “I’m still eating.” The food at “Sumakh” was often heavily salted, the beef greasy, and the menu options repeated quickly. At check‑in, the front desk didn’t provide any information about the resort, and when we had to leave early for family reasons, there was no accommodation or goodwill regarding the unused meals or days.

“Gorgeous”

Gözlədiyimizdən daha xoş oldu. Övladınızın 1 yaşını qeyd etmək üçün gəlmişdik. Şirin sürprizlər də (tort və şokolad) gəldi. Springs hotelə, təxmini 4-5 dəfə getmişik. Hər dəfə də razı qalmışıq. Bu dəfəki əlamətdar günü də Springsdə qeyd etmək xoş oldu. İstər otelin, otağın içi, istərsə də, ətraf-mühit, bağ-bağça çox gözəl idi. Saatlarla gəzdik. Göbələklər, ucaboylu ağaclar, çiçəklər gözəl idi. Yenidən görüşmək diləyilə

“Замечательно! 5+ и мой рекомендасьон”

The place is perfect for recovery and rest in a beautiful, quiet, green corner of the region. The hotel is wonderful, equipped with all necessities and offering guests a wide range of amenities, services, entertainment, and medical care. I was especially impressed by the cleanliness of the room, the attention to detail, the large variety of entertainment options, the pleasant pastoral scenery, the excellent garden and terrace design, and the attentive, polite, and responsive staff. Thank you for everything I needed after a long trip through scenic surroundings. I recommend it and will return again. I would have liked more fresh vegetables, fruit, and greens at breakfast and fewer processed foods, but that’s a matter of taste; overall, everything else was enjoyable.
