I booked this place because my preferred spot at Leuwenbosch was unavailable; I stayed for five nights and ended up with food poisoning, though I can't confirm the source, but the off‑camp lunches were really good. The breakfast was usually solid, except for one day when the regular chef was off and the replacement chef was totally incompetent and didn't cook anything.

“Einmaliges Glampingerlebnis”

The glamping experience was unforgettable, even in the rain it felt like a dream. We gathered around the fire each evening, wore ponchos, sipped tasty drinks, and had a great time. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent, with all our requests accommodated.

“Es war außergewöhnlich”

Our stay at Tygerfontein Safari Tents was simply perfect. Communication before arrival was flawless and straightforward, and we even had two safaris organized for us, which worked out excellently. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a drink and a damp towel—a great start to the stay. The entire team was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout, answering any questions immediately. Breakfast was good, but dinner was truly sensational—thanks again to the chef! The tents were spacious, clean, and very cozy, with heaters available for cooler nights to keep us comfortable. Thank you to the whole team for an unforgettable experience—we would come back anytime!

“Wonderful glamping experience”

Everything! The tents were luxurious yet still had a safari vibe, the meals were delicious, the staff were extremely friendly, the game drives were great, and the fires were perfect for relaxing in the evening.
