The location is good. The caravan was dated and shabby for what we paid, and because we booked we weren’t entitled to guest passes, which would have cost an additional £154.

The kitchen cabinets and refrigerator were not clean, with leftovers from previous guests, and the pool access hours were mocked. Even though I booked directly, I still had to pay extra for on‑site pool access, which felt embarrassing. For the price I paid for the night, I had to buy pool access.

We had a great time, the caravan was really comfy and clean, and the location was perfect. The bar was a nice spot to grab a pint, and everything was well taken care of.

The pools, bar, and food were all great - definitely made our stay enjoyable.
