The owners were really friendly, made us feel very welcome and served an excellent breakfast. One of the bathrooms had a sewage smell. We had 2 rooms and the other was fine

We loved our cozy bed and the cooked breakfast; the hosts were welcoming and kind, offering snacks and hot drinks. The bathroom had a slight odor and some surfaces were a bit grubby, but it worked fine.

The place feels homely and the location is great for exploring the south coast and Kilkenny. There’s a wide selection of programs and movies to watch both in the evening and the morning. Sandy knows the area well and can point out worthwhile spots. The only downside is that the road nearby gets a bit noisy during busy times.
