The reception staff were very friendly. The mattresses were comfortable. The rooms were large. The hotel was quiet. Free parking was available in front of the hotel. The milk bottles at the breakfast buffet smelled sour and fermented, and even after repeated complaints nothing changed. New milk was added, but the bottles still stank—very unappetizing. The breakfast selection was relatively small for a 4‑star hotel, and the quality of the food was rather low. The water glasses and juice glasses at the buffet were almost all dirty, some with fingerprints and even lipstick on the rim—very unhygienic. The gym had almost no weights, some equipment was broken, and accessories were missing, so it was hardly usable.

Excellent service and staff. The reception was pleasant and active. Rooms were cleaned well. The rooms were spacious and had an extra separate room with a TV and a sofa bed (semi‑lux/ luxury). It was very easy to reach the beach from the side exit of the hotel (100‑150 m). There is no shower on the beach, only a shower to rinse sand from the feet. Advice: do not shop at the SPAR located on the street side of the hotel; groceries are exactly twice as expensive as in any other markets. The elevators were a real horror. In modern hotels, such elevators should not exist (let alone a 4‑star hotel). The hotel had two micro‑elevators, each holding a maximum of two people and one suitcase. The worst part was that there was no ventilation in the elevator, and while going up you had to recite a prayer to keep it from getting stuck—survival chances were zero! It was so stuffy and hot, with little space, and you couldn’t breathe! All rooms face the sunny side, and from 11 am on the balcony it gets very hot, even to smoke a cigarette—it’s scorching. The safe was a complicated system with a key that had to be taken from reception and costs €2 per day. I’ve never seen that elsewhere, and the hotel description omitted it. In the shower, there were no toiletries except towels, so I recommend bringing slippers. Also, the quality of shampoo/shower gel was doubtful, and the gel’s scent was also disappointing. If you’re staying with children, there is a complete lack of entertainment/animator or children's disco in the evening, which is always an essential part of other hotels. The lobby was small and, as I felt, quite stuffy. If a group checks out, there may be no space to wait, especially if you need to wait for your transfer after checkout.

The location was great and the chef was very nice! The staff were unfriendly. The hotel was dirty. Even after a room change—because the first room was very dirty—we found hair, sand, and especially a lot of ants in the new room; as soon as a piece of cookie fell on the floor, it attracted pests, which can happen with three kids. The floor was black and full of insects. Soap was not refilled even within a week. The food was so bad that we ate out despite having half‑board.

Good location and friendly staff. The place was simple, the buffet was small, and the cocktails at the bar were of low quality.
