The location was good. The breakfast dining staff were very unfriendly, and a front‑desk guy told me, “I’m already out of my shift,” when I asked for a quick check‑in at 5 minutes.

“Très bon séjour !”

Very well located in the heart of Vielha, with free parking right in front of the hotel. The room matched the photo and the bed was very comfortable. The room was well‑soundproofed. An hour of free spa per day was included in the room, by reservation. Slots were reserved for adults only in the evenings. It was easy to get a spot by booking in the morning for the same evening; about 10 people max per slot, so the spa had space. The breakfast and dinner buffet in our room was excellent – a wide variety of dishes, tasty plates, and beautiful cheese platters! Breakfast included a cook preparing eggs on request, and for dinner the chef offered three meat/fish options with custom cooking. We had pinxos and cured ham for tapas every night (we didn’t take lunch at the hotel). Many hikes start directly from Vielha, so no car needed. All shops were within walking distance. There was a bar with a terrace available in the hotel. Prices were very reasonable.

“Recomendable”

The service, location, and facilities were all good. The heating in our room wasn’t working properly, but it was acceptable.

The overall experience was great and the breakfast was spectacular. The bed is very high (actually it’s a mattress), but it’s super comfortable.
