The sign on the building was missing, making it hard to find. The bathroom looked renovated, but the room was musty and smelled bad.

The price was good. The breakfast was cheap, there was no maid service, and the rooms were dirty.

The receptionist was very kind and friendly. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable with ample number of nice pillows to sleep on. Offer fresh fruit or yogurt at the breakfast. The property was not kept up very well. The grass should have been mowed and weeds trimmed to be more attractive. The front entrance wasn't clean as we entered the hotel. The two doors had many handprints and smears/smudges on them and needed cleaning. First impressions are important and make a difference. It shows the customers you care. The "Help Needed" sign was duct taped to the screen window by the door. (Not a good sign)

“Good value for an overnight until the breakfast experience”

The room felt newly renovated and was very comfortable. The breakfast area, however, was shockingly filthy and shabby, likely breaching several health regulations, which was a major let‑down.
